On the afternoon of March 24, 2025, the Symposium on Private Enterprises of Liaoning Province was officially held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Many outstanding private enterprises in Liaoning Province gathered together to have in-depth discussions on how private enterprises can promote the high-quality development of Liaoning’s economy in the new era. Mr. Hao Peng, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of People’s Congress of Liaoning Province, attended the Symposium and delivered a speech. Mr. Wang Xinwei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Acting Governor of Liaoning Province, presided over the Symposium. Mr. Zhou Bo, Chairman of the CPPCC Liaoning Provincial Committee, attended the Symposium. At the Symposium, 10 persons in charge of private enterprises, including Mr. Tan Xin, Chairman of Jinzhou Solargiga Energy Co., Ltd., spoke as representatives. They shared their enterprise development experience, discussed their future plans, and made suggestions for the development of Liaoning’s private economy.

Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Liaoning has made every effort to implement the Three-Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs in Liaoning and insisted on placing the development of private economy in a more prominent position, and the Provincial Party Committee of Liaoning has held four symposiums on private economy of Liaoning and made systematic arrangements for the development and expansion of private economy. Private enterprises in Liaoning have ushered in new historic opportunities for their development in Liaoning.
In this regard, Mr. Tan Xin mentioned in the on-the-spot interview: “The business environment in Liaoning Province, including Jinzhou City, has improved greatly.
