Solargiga Energy has set up fully-automated production lines adapting to all kinds of production requirements imposed by advanced technologies. Our production lines can be flexibly adjusted to modules of wafer sized from M6, M10 to G12. Automatic testing technology is embedded to realize a leap from simple manufacturing to an intelligent one.

Industry-University-Research Cooperation

Our CNAS certified laboratory forges data sharing of test processes and mutual recognition of test results. Solargiga Energy and Dalian University of Technology jointly established a provincial solar cell engineering and technology research center, where the “black silicon solar cell project” was initiated by the two parties and included in the 863 Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Solargiga Energy also built the BIPV Research Institute together with Shenyang Jianzhu University.

Constantly Upgrading Technology

Solargiga Energy has successively accelerated the innovation and manufacturing of M10 and G12 modules, N-type bifacial cells, and N-type bifacial modules. We own the most cutting-edge N-type IBC cell technology and FPC module sealing technology.
