From June 13th to 15th, the SNEC (2024) PV POWER EXPO officially kicked off at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, representing a significant milestone in the solar energy industry. Solargiga Energy had an impressive presence by unveiling 9 cutting-edge products from its Giga series of solar modules. This Expo served as a platform to showcase our exceptional technical expertise and highlighted our numerous innovative accomplishments in the PV field.
New Upgrades
This SNEC Expo witnessed an unprecedented scale, with over 3,100 exhibitors from more than 95 countries and regions and over 500,000 visitors.
At our booth B150 in Hall 5.2, Solargiga Energy proudly showcased six efficient models from its Giga-N series. These modules are meticulously designed to meet the demands of diverse application scenarios, including large-scale ground-mounted power stations, commercial and industrial rooftops, and distributed rooftop installations. These modules offer a wide array of advantages, such as high power output, outstanding efficiency, and enhanced energy yield. Moreover, we introduced our new product: the N-type HJT module, standing out as the most efficient module among our showcased products, with an impressive efficiency of up to 23.18% and a maximum power output of 720W.
Notably, Solargiga Energy hosted informative technical presentations during the Expo, led by our team of expert professionals. These presentations served as a platform for us to share our latest advancements in product technologies and showcase our innovative N-type solutions. Our continuous innovation in the Giga-N series modules over the years demonstrates our unwavering commitment to N-type technology and underscores our expertise in the field.
New Applications
During the Expo, Solargiga Energy presented a frameless bifacial module specifically designed for offshore photovoltaic installations. This module incorporates a unique patented sealing solution for its junction box, offering exceptional resistance against wind, waves, hail, salt spray, UV radiation, and high humidity. It captivated the interest of numerous visitors eager to learn more about its impressive capabilities.
Furthermore, Solargiga Energy showcased an ultra-lightweight flexible module weighing only 5.5 kg, with a curvature radius of less than 0.5 meters. This module features lightweight and highly adaptable polymer flexible materials, along with unique packaging technology, enabling it to withstand bending angles exceeding 30 degrees. It can even be directly attached to lightweight and curved roofs without the need for support structures or additional installation systems, significantly reducing module installation costs and exploring new scenarios for module application.
